In May 2008, My wife and I stayed five days at the Parkshore. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The Parkshore is located right on Grand Traverse Bay, and our room had an incredible view of the bay, framed by the beautifully maintained golden sand private...
This hotel was outstanding . the staff and the service were first class, i will definetly take my family back. the hotel was very charming and had a cozy at home feeling . i loved it!!!!!!!
wow...... planing a trip from arizona for a few days read the reviews .......I think I will take a pass on this place sounds like the same mistake is being made over and over again.

40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The rooms were placed throughout the hotel because of room availability when the reservations were made. If we had been notified in a timely manner, perhaps more of the rooms could have been placed together. The pool privileges for the children were taken away because of the lace of supervision by an adult. We did graciously provide a movie in our lobby for the children.
Yes, the credit card was charged for 2 separate $100.00 charges. The $100.00 charges were for the deposit on each room. When the reservation was made, it was explained a deposit would be charged for each room that was reserved. Naturally, the deposits went against each room.
