We stayed at Park Vista in April 2006 for our honeymoon and chose a mountain-view room over the city-view room. We were on the eleventh floor and had an amazing view from our room.
We loved waking up to the beautiful mountains looking through the massive wall-to-wall windows. The two-tiered pool area was very spacious (as was the room) and there was a nice area outside to walk around or just sit and relax. There was also an aviary in the lobby, which I loved. Watching those little birds made me so happy! The price was definitely right for this hotel.

We loved this hotel! High above Gatlinburg overlooking both the town and the Smoky Mountains. Ample parking, nice inside, good big room (somewhat dated, still excellent), beautiful views. Only one thing we did not like - huge line to get an omelet ...

The hotel is located in a very nice area. However, my only objection is that the decor is not appealing and the carpet is very old. The staff was very nice and professional and the food was satisfactory......

"I don't think I would stay here again, the hotel needs major updating. Definitely do not get a room by the service elevators. They are loud all night long. There is really no where to grab a quick bite without spending a ton of money....

The hotel has the best view in the area. The staff was great and always waiting to take care of our every need. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. This hotel is great for conventions and large groups.

The first room they put us in was not clean...the carpet had lots of stains and the beds were very worn. We changed rooms and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The lobby area is very nice but the rooms need updating.

We loved this hotel! We were on the 10th floor facing the city and it was perfect! Mountian veiws by day and city lights at night! Very clean and well kept older hotel. I loved the trolly going right to the hotel, made getting around town easy....
