When you walk into the hotel, you are surrounded by a well-balanced beauty. However, when you walk into your hotel room, you notice that they need work. In our room, the carpet was pulled up by the entrance into the bathroom with a nail sticking...
I loved the location of the hotel and room service was great. The rooms are dated and need renovation. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to solve problems quickly. The lobby and pool area are really nice. There was trolley service.

The bathroom was extremely small. I stayed on fifth floor and it took about ten minutes to get hot water. The hotel was clean, the lobby was impressive and the location was superb.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Park Vista Hotel and Convention Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel comfort was adequate, as was the service. The view from every room was spectacular, the environment was very peaceful. If you stay here, bring your own fans, apparently the hotel has none!
The scenery was absolutely stunning. The location was very serene, nice and quiet, very private.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. However, my only objection is that the decor is not appealing and the carpet is very old. The staff was very nice and professional and the food was satisfactory......

"I don't think I would stay here again, the hotel needs major updating. Definitely do not get a room by the service elevators. They are loud all night long. There is really no where to grab a quick bite without spending a ton of money....

The location is somewhat out of town, but the trolley makes it convienient to get downtown ort other parts of the city. The view from the hotel is vey good. They serve a very substantial breakfast. The rooms on the other hand are old, musty and...

The first room they put us in was not clean...the carpet had lots of stains and the beds were very worn. We changed rooms and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The lobby area is very nice but the rooms need updating.
