Park Plaza Hotel Bloomington

The hotel has excellent location and service. The staff was friendly. The service was excellent.

This hotel made me feel pampered: We do not often stay in such nice hotels, so the extras, like the pool, made us feel like we were being pampered.

I liked the friendly, helpful staff. The whirlpool tub needed cleaning.

I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet, as well as the shuttle service to and from the Mall of America and the airport. The room was comfortable for the price, the hotel quiet, and the staff courteous enough.

This hotel's location is ideal for sales/business people. It's ideal for conferences, but it's a not so usable place for reunion groups. There were no other eating establishments close by.

The staff was very efficient. But they were doing some renovation, which detracted some. The restaurant had a very limited selection.
