Park Place Hotel Ocean City Hotel - Page 1

My family spent the week of June 23rd at the Park Place and as it was on the boardwalk, we were skeptical about finding condoms and other party items. Yet, the room was extremely clean and the hotel presented itself very well. At night, they lock the hotel up tight and other than guests, no one comes in. I did not lilke the freaky night men however who checked the cars. My wife was afraid to be in the parking lot when they were there and one woud not stop staring. Very trashy to say the least. Also, the staff with the exception of the 2 young ladies on duty Sundy June 29th were quite unfriendly. The 2 ladies were quite nice. We liked being so close to everything. All in all, I would stay there in a heart beat and intend to do so in September.

The location is great. The staff is polite, friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. I've been going to O.C. for 35 years and finally, I don't have to look or shop around for a place to stay...I'll stay here. Nice for vacationing with family or friends...Thanks Park Place.

Great location, right on the hopping section of the boardwalk. Could not hear boardwalk noise from the room. Small, but nice pool. Good service, average room, good price. Only complaints - Slow elevator, and not impressed with restaurant, but many to choose from, just steps away.
