Please don't be fooled by these pictures. My boyfriend and I just wanted a quick room to stay in while we were on the island. Our room has a chair that did not fully have fabric over the entire chair leaving the wood exposed. It is so old, you...

This hotel was perfect for a quick four day weekend for my family.
We are the usual 4-5 star type but did not know what to look for as this
was our first time on the island. The people were VERY friendly. So much so that I assumed the next moment they were going to try and sell me something.
We were called and asked to go to a time-share presentation. We said yes and got a nice check for $100.00 bucks. I made them stick to the 60 minute presentation rule, and we took the money for a portion of a great dinner at Ruth Chris in Savannah!
I would stay here again if: 1. I was with the kids 2. Wanted a cheap getaway.
It is no Waldorf Astoria, but again, this is a beach town. They ONLY thing you need to be doing in your room is sleeping...or making babies. Either way, you do not need any lights. And as far as I am concerned the Waldorf and this hotel look exactly the same in the dark!!!
Aces to the manager, job well done! One more note...they are in the process on renovating the rooms. I promise the price will double once that happens.
We were very impressed with the staff when they upgraded our room to the third floor loft when we said we did not feel safe on the first floor; us being 3 young college girls. The staff was amazing and I could not begin to ask for anything better....

The Hilton Park Lane hotel was a very satisfactory hotel in a good location. Whenever we needed services, they were efficiently provided. It was not a luxury facility, but it was very satisfactory.
The whole experience was efficient and everything we needed was available.
I am not likely
to return to the Park Lane Hotel & Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.
We took a weekend getaway and stayed at this hotel and the staff was extremely friendly the rooms were very clean. For a last minute trip the price was the best for a three star rating hotel. Hot buffet breakfast was very good. The only dislike was...

The personnel was friendly and they were interested in our comfort. The food was tasty and served on time. The location was central but a little difficult to find from the main road.
They called me sir when responding to me. They opened door as I was entering. They were attentive when asked a question and they looked right at you.
I am very likely
to return to the Park Lane Hotel & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
After checking in, the first room had no sleeper sofa as reserved. Second room was having a plumbling issue. Room was being aired out with large fans. Third room was very old. Was told on the phone the hotel had undergone recent renovations. ...

The location was good, although a little difficult to find, but most things are on HH. Some of the exterior is a little run down, such as the balconies, but the interior was very nice.
The rooms were enjoyable and so was the bed.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Park Lane Hotel & Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.
