Excellent
I was traveling by myself (SWF) to attend a concert at the War Memorial Auditorium. The area felt safe to me; the hotel is close to a very nice mall and there are a several nice restaurants close by. Very quiet; I felt like I was alone in the hotel. ...
So I just took a shower and dried off with a towel covered in blood. I totally cleaned and dried off before discovering that there were multiple blood spots on the white towel. I am grossed out and told the manager about it and she just apologized.
Myself and family stayed at this hotel and were very pleased with all the accomidations as were the other 15 families in our party. The staff was great and made us and the others in our party feel we made a great choice in staying there.
