Stayed here for pleasure after a big party. Was used as a reference for a suite for a large group for 6 nights.
The hotel ended up charging me for the suite, even though they had been given another persons credit card for it. To date, it has been 18 days.
Tried to deal with the accounting department. Was yelled at, hung up on by Cammy, and when I talked to the general manager, Mike Sapera, he was rude, indignant, and inferred that I was a hassle because of their own screw up.
The suite was not cleaned, even with special requests to do so.
I have called the corporate offices and am only getting so far because the GM of the property keeps telling them to let it go. This is even after he gave over $3000 in comps to someone else who didn't have their credit card messed up, just so he wouldn't go to the local paper!!! Too bad I don't have the clout in his mind...but I do have large email lists!

We used this hotel's grand ball room for a three day class. Two out of the three days in this class we were distracted by a mouse running along the floorboard. Unfortunately we stayed here too to ease travel between hotels every day. Little need to say it was not a pleasant sleep thinking that we might have critters running across us in our sleep. This unfortunately was not the only discredit to the hotel. There was construction in the lobby, with stairs to second floor where the class was closed.
I could go on but I do not want to waste my time any more than I already have. I tried dealing with the hotel over the phone trying not to make a scene at the front desk to see what they could do about these problems. They told me I booked through outside source so they would have to deal with it. My third party called them to try to take care of it and they would not do anything for me.
Stay away from this property you will be displeased !
This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff is rude, and the vallet parking attendents are extremly rude, and it took them over 20 minutes to get my car. The hotel room was dirty, and when housekeeping came, they did not take away any garbage, and the tub was dirty. We couldn't get extra washclothes, blankets or pillows. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Two friends of mine ate their, and were up all night sick.

Claim to have renovated in 2007- room decor is 1980. Nothing for kids to do - NO pool & game room is in the bar - kids aren't allowed?!? The room was HOT -they have small/old motors in the units - nothing could be done. Reserved 2 beds - got 1-...

Excellent
We really enjoyed our stay there. There weren't a lot of people staying the couple of days we were there, so there was no wait for elevators, eating, valet, etc.
