I would not stay here again. The location is pretty central but it is right on street and the traffic noise was very loud. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. They were doing some kind of work that involved wiring and when ...
55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Location of inn is not appealing. We booked a quiet room and was told our best bet would be the second floor. We were unaware the inn did not have an elevator and that the second floor was only assessable by a dimly lit outdoor stairway, located at the end of the building. Room cleanliness was just OK. Pillows were totally flat. Towels were badly stained. Microwave and fridge were listed as amenities, but were not in the room. Continental breakfast was meager. There was one tiny waffle maker for the whole inn. Three cold cereals and packaged oatmeal. Plain bagels and toast. Some days there were apples, which were definitely "seconds" produce. No one to wipe tables between use.

This hotel is a bit run down, not cleaned well, and the internet access works only from the lobby. Everywhere else, you can get a strong signal, but internet browsing won't work. It's right on a busy road, so road noise was an issue, plus the area...

Good
I have stayed here 4-5 times now on trips down to Santa Fe. It isn't extaordinary, but it is a great, basic, economy hotel. A great "home base" while spending most of your time seeing the city.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. VERY good for the price.Great selections for breakfast. Friendly and efficient help...even waived all nights but one for pet charge ($10/night). Shuttle to plaza departed and picked up on time. Employees very...

The customer service was friendly and the hotel was nice, but I couldn't rate it very high because overall our room was not as clean as we would like. Otherwise it was okay.
