Park Inn Copenhagen Airport

Our room in the older section of the hotel, was clean, beds comfortable, however we were disappointed with the food served. When we asked for olive oil for our bread at dinner, we were given vinegar. The eggplant appetizer was mummified both in flavor and texture, the lobster bisque was fair. My lamb was too well done served with cold mashed carrots, my friend's chicken swam in a very thin cauliflower sauce(?) and tasted horrible.

The staff was helpful in selling us some food for our very early departure, but never asked whether we could tolerate the thick layer of mayonnaise in our essentially salad sandwich made of clumps of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes. cucumbers and two very thin slices of an unrecognizable deli meat.
