Park Hyatt Washington Hotel

I loved the hotel overall and the service was wonderful. My only problem was with the air conditioning unit. My room was very muggy.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The lobby and the registration were very comfortable and organized. They were able to check me in at an early hour which allowed me to freshen up for my meetings that day. The room was spacious and well decorated. I enjoyed the on site restaurant and the prices were very reasonable.

The service in the restaurant was very slow. The redesign of the hotel was not pleasing to my group. There were no longer bureaus in the guest rooms for clothing. It took three days for badly hung drapes in my room to be hung correctly. One of two vanity bulbs in my bathroom was burned out for two days before I checked out.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff members always had a smile on their faces. The doormen were especially polite.
