It is a beautiful hotel. The only thing I did not like was I asked for a smoking room and did not get it until the second night. I asked a month before the trip. They were accomodating and did rectify the situation. Everyone was VERY helpful and...

Okay
Years ago, I worked in this building and have always wanted to stay at the hotel. I was very disappointed. For the price, the room was very shabby - peeling wallpaper, grunge and all. The room never got cool, which in the middle of summer, is tough.

I liked the convenient downtown location, near shops, places to eat, businesses and the train station. All the hotel staff, including room service, was very friendly and hospitable and the free use of the business office was appreciated. The only odd and sometimes inconvenient thing about this hotel is that the check in desk for registration is located on the nineteenth floor.
I was provided champagne and the choice of either truffles or marzipan once I had settled in my room.
I am very likely
to return to the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I thought it was fantastic. We had a great time and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant upstairs was great. It was a really fun place to be the week of New Year's Eve.
It was a really cool place to stay, right near some great places to hang out.
I am very likely
to return to the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

23 year old female with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
I was attending a convention there and we requested a non smoking room. The room was smoking, it smelt bad, the bathroom still had hair in it from a previous guest and the room service failed to make our beds the next day.
I am not likely
to return to the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I loved this hotel. It had a great location, great accommodations, great restaurants nearby, terrific hotel bar and the beds were amazingly comfortable.
I could come back after a day of business and totally relax in the bar with a lovely glass of champagne and I could go upstairs and totally relax in one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel.
I am very likely
to return to the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
