The location is great. It was close to several different places in Chicago.

The room was very enjoyable.

It’s a great location. It’s very clean and felt safe. The only negative was too many non-English speaking employees.

The associates at check in used my last name. Every associate who spoke English said hello.

It was difficult to get a seat in the bar before or after dinner. The people not staying in the hotel take up all the seats.

The Park Hyatt is a wonderful high end hotel located on Michigan Ave. It is certainly not cheap, but an oasis of luxury when you have been on the road for a long time. The rooms are both elegant and functional, the facilities (gym and restaurants) are top notch and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had high speed access trouble after I checked in at 11PM and was quickly moved to another room. Frankly, I was disappointed to check out the next morning. I think I found my 'go to' hotel in Chicago.

It was a great hotel and I really enjoyed it. The spa treatments were wonderful, too.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had great service and our room was perfect. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location of the hotel was great it was within walking distance of shopping,great places to eat and Navy Piar.
