The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are beautiful, but the staff was very hard to deal with. The maids started cleaning around 7 am, not a big deal, until they started yelling at each other down the hall. I put up the “Do not disturb” sign on the door and they still tried to come in twice before 9 am. Good thing they have a chain on the door. Room service took way too long, and the woman working the front desk was very rude.
This is not what I've come to expect from the Hyatt.
