Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa Traveler Review

Stay away, you will be disappointed!

This was our third stay at the Hyatt in Beaver Creek. Things have changed and not for the better! The front desk staff was terrible to deal with. We paid for one room, but got booked into a much smaller one. The manager refused to do anything about it. The front desk was rude when we tried to deal with the obvious mistake. The renovation work is very poorly planned and they downplay it significantly when you are booking the reservation. Basically, just about everything is closed or seriously affected. We have had two great trips prior, but apparently things have changed quite a bit. I talked to one of the bellmen and he said that the manager is getting a ton of complaints and I guess fed up with guests. It sounds like they are not handling the renovation pains very well. I'd suggest you stay somewhere else until things get back to normal here.

I am not likely to return to the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa.
I would not recommend it to friends.
