I loved it two years ago (the location is awesome!!) but last week while I was visiting for four nights during the heat wave, there wasn't any AC (though the lobby's AC stayed perfectly cool). They were not accomadating. All they offered was reimbursement if we wanted to buy a fan. The room cost $1200+ for the four nights and when I asked to see a manager they said "none was available". Also, the glasses looked like they had dried up potatoes in them. :O( When I asked for plastic cups, they said they could only bring up paper cups. I was very disappointed.
