53 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The rooms were unbelievably small. The mattress and box springs were sitting on a very inexpensive bed frame, rather close to the floor. There was no ice machine, no iron or ironing board. There was not even a Bible in the room. The lighting was horrible. I realize in the middle of Time Square, you have to to change your expectations but for the amount of money we paid, the entire experrience was awful.

Good
This was a great hotel, more on the European style with rooms being a little small, but decor was really cool. Service was great, very friendly staff, and we couldn't have asked for a better location for going to the theater.
40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
First checked in the room is so small that the bed is right next to the a/c. batheroom has only shower that you can only roteate around if you bend you will bump into the wall. sitting on the toilet you can reach for everything.
They gave us a so call upgrade to smoking room which we have requested no smoking. second night the a/c was not functioning. Went down to requested fan at the lobby. they said that they don't have a fan in the hotel which I saw one at the front counter.
The internet does not work at all with one band at most, they recommended the bridge for wirless which it also does not work. They have tried to charge us for the rental of the bridge$150.00 and the internet service $15.00.
The front desk said that the valet parking will be available, also they try to rack up the price of the parking for one time in/out 24 hour parking.
I have been traveling for years. I have paid a lot for this trip, but this place is worse than motel 6.

Great place for couples to stay while sightseeing and taking in Broadway shows. We would stay here again because of the fabulous location. The room was neat and clean and housekeeping was very responsive to any requests. There was a great restaurant ...

It was small but clean and very close to Times Square and the big double decker tour buses. Great location but yes the rooms were very small. Great if you don't plan to spend much time there. Staff was very nice too.

Horrible
The mattresses were thin mats that were about 1" off the ground. The bathroom was dirty and the shower leaked. Very min. floor space. And to say the front staff at the desk was rude would be an understatement.
