Paid for secure car parking but still had 4 windows smashed in over night!!
Hotel staff and management didn't want to know and were most unhelpful!. Though we did get our car parking fee reimbursed. ?! Shame it cost us a £75 glass excess, taxi fares and goodness know how much other inconvenience. We weren't the only ones either. Another 5 or 6 cars also suffered damage. Despite having CCTV coverage the film wasnt available. Dodgy or what?! Told by hotel not to bother calling police because they already had. Another Lie.
However room had good facilities. the bar and restaurant were also excellent. Just a shame that the management are so bad.
