44 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We gave them our credit card number to secure room. We have been billed 2 times on that credit card from the hotel with no explanation. When we called about the first 50.00 charged, they said it would be taken care of within 3 days. A month later, it still hasn't. Then I just got my bank statement, and another 202.00 plus a 2.00 charge has been billed to my credit card, and no one can help me until Monday since the only 2 woman that handle this works until 4 p.m. Monday - Friday. The room was really nice, the people where great, but be very careful with your debit or credit cards. You need to make sure you check it out before they start charging it for no apparent reason.

The convenient location to the freeway.The bedding was shredded underneath mattress, cheap thin towels and icky bedding. This was okay but was a little worn and shabby.
Expected this hotel to be more deluxe for the cost of the room. The rooms are sparate from the main hotel so we had to go outside to get to the main desk. Never did find the little bridge pictured in the advertisement. Restaurant was nice.

This Hotel was NEVER a 3 star facility, and is now a 1-1/2 star at best with 35 year old dilapidated rooms. False advertising at its worst. Bad Bed/Noisy halls and exterior. Paper thin walls. Whiny staff bickering at reception about work.
