Dirty and low class. – Posted Jun 06, 2008

Horrible
53 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The quality of Paragon Casino is about the worst you will find. The service and cleanliness was very low rat. The rooms compare to a low grade working man's motel. The meals were pre-cooked poor quality tv dinners. There's nothing else to see in Marksville and it is definitely not worth the drive. Do yourself a favor and stick to the larger casinos in safer areas. It's a slum.

Paragon High Priced with Little to Show – Posted May 01, 2008

Horrible
57 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Purchased one of the Lower tiered rooms at +$150.00 night rate. Room was on ground floor, had 2 King Beds, micro fridge with gift basket. Rooms were noisey, ie, you could almost hear through the walls and doors. Hall traffic was ongoing and noisey. For the price, not a value. Worth driving from Alexandria and paying significantly less and getting a whole lot more!

Excellent
57 year old male with a budget, traveling for leisure

It was a convenient location from my home. The room was comfortable and every room was very clean. The service from the employees of the hotel was very cordial and the employees were extremely helpful with any questions I had. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

The clerk explained all the paperwork to be done and it was performed in a timely manner. The clerk informed me to call the front desk if I needed anything.

I am very likely to return to the Paragon Casino Resort & Conference Ctr.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was very nice. The room was excellent and the staff was helpful. The food was great in the restaurants we ate at.

It is a very nice hotel and it makes you feel very good to stay there. It is like living in luxury. We enjoy staying there for that reason.

I am very likely to return to the Paragon Casino Resort & Conference Ctr.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
