The setting was amazing!I got lost trying to find my room late at night. The setting and the staff were fantastic, I felt a million miles from the world, yet a short distance from the city. Gorgeous grounds. Room was fine, but basic.

The grounds are great.Rooms outdated. The grounds and staff are very good. The rooms themselves need an update, they look a little old. But I loved the privacy and setting of the rooms. Like a cabin in the tropics.

Beautiful grounds; location was near to attractions; easy access. This resort is located near Sea World and is easy access to major areas in San Diego. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The fact that you have your own private beach is a plus....

We attended a wedding there. The property was dirty and the food was horrible! I mean horrible! By far the worst meal I've ever had at a wedding. Soggy lettuce in the salad, overcooked filet and undercooked shrimp.

Good location. Free use of safe. Comfortable bed.Parking was expensive. We enjoyed our stay. The resort was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed walking around the grounds.
