Good
Plenty of towels.Noise. The room itself was nice. The problem we had was the air-conditioning unit, every time it came on or shut off it rattled and sounded like someone was rattling our door. The refrigerator was also loud and sounded like an alarm ...

Beautiful view of ocean and boardwalk (if you look around the candy kitchen sign).Very rude and unfriendly staff at lobby desk. No separate exit to boardwalk. Excited to be on vacation and celebrating our 4 year wedding anniversary, we arrived at...

The hotel rooms themselves were nice. The Location is wonderful right on the boardwalk side viewroom had a wonderfull view. Had plenty of clean towels and space. The staff needs to be better trained on payments, refunds, and billing. They made a mistake of the way they charged my card, beacause mostly everybody in my party paid cash, so all my money should have been refunded to my card right upfront. Management work with me to get it fixed but it took a week for the whole issue to be resolved correctly. Overall the stay was nice the kids had a good time. Wish the pool was bit bigger though.

I loved the location of the hotel. We were on the oceanfront/boardwalk. We had a patio where we could sit out and people watch, which was great. The room itself was very small, moldy smelling, and when we entered the room a LARGE bug was crawling on the wall. (not to mention the few that were under the bed) We went to the front to tell them of our findings and they sent someone with a flyswatter (go figure). On another occasion we went to the front for ice, iron and ironing board and was told they don't have ice (then why do you have buckets) and they didn't have irons or ironing board..I could not rest easy because I was constantly thinking about what was probably crawling around...I would never stay here again!!!!!

We had a side room that allowed us to watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay too. Great location with everything a bike ride away. Right on the boardwalk but still provided a quiet night sleep. Very comfortable beds. Provided all the amenities of a more expensive hotel room for much less. The maids didn't do much for us, but we didn't really need them for our short stay. Only complaint is the room had a funny smell, but we didn't request a room change because of our view.

The rooms had water. How much time do you have? This place is the worst place I've ever been to. We were down there for my cousins wedding and we booked us to be all on the same floor. Each of us were a 2 floors apart. Also, when we asked for more...
