I stayed in this resort for 2 nights as of October 28, 2007, and checked out on October 30, 2007. On checking out time, while my baggage was held at the front office desk in the lobby. I stepped outside awaiting a ride to the airport. After I reached home I found out that my baggage was opened and my cannon camera and two films were stolen. All that while under responsibility of the front desk personnel. I feel that I was violated in that resort. This reflects very badly on the hotel.

I have been to Egypt a number of times, and decided to buy a house in Alexandria. During my stay at the Paradise Inn while I was looking for a potential house, I experienced a wonderful service and atmosphere from the hotel. Attentive and always with a smile, I could not find fault with any facet of the hotel or Alexandria.
