Palomino Suites

It was better then expected. It was clean and very comfortable. It was Literally 5 sec away from the entrance to Disney. Pool was good for the kids, they enjoyed swimming at night. The Hot tub was nice to sit in at the end of a long day of walking. The food was nice. Breakfast included eggs, pancakes, saussage, omlete, muffins, cereal and more! The staff was nice and willing to do alot. The maid had the room spotless (except for our stuff) everyday.

Not near busy roads so it was easy to get around. DO NOT use the Shuttle. We drove into disney everyday because we herd the shuttle was late for most hotles and we wanted to get into the parks early. All over it was amazing.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast was included and was enough for my family as we are not big breakfast eaters. Location minutes from Disney, International Blvd and and I-4.

Many restaurants within 5 minutes. We will tell our friends. Good value for the money.

Find somewhere else to stay! When we arrived for check-in our room was not ready; they told us to come back in an hour. We came back two hours later after 4:30 pm and our room was still not ready!

In addition they tried to bill us an extra $50/night from our original quote. The last incident was when our Sea World tickets were stolen from our room. There are no safes in the room here. No question about it, they were taken. When we filed a complaint, it took us two days to get to speak to the manager. He refused to compensate us in any way for our loss. We ended up filing a police report and paid another $180 for tickets.

The manager did tell us that there is a safe in the office we could have used. We were unaware of this accommodation, and how could one safe accommodate an entire hotel?

The 'free' shuttle service was late everyday and by the time you make the stops at all the other hotels, plan on an hour to get to the 'minutes away Disney parks'. We strongly suggest staying somewhere else for the money you pay here.

This is a g great place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is in a great spot with lots of shopping and wonderful places to eat.

It was good for the money charged, but I would go to a nicer place next time.
