52 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We booked two rooms at the "Palm Tree Inn and Conference Center" on TravelHero.com. This is a scam. It's very old and it's a dump! It was so bad that we wouldn't stay, but they charged full price for two rooms anyway. I called Travel Hero.Com and they didn't care that it was mis-represented. Take my advice and stay away from from both. There are plenty of nice, reputable places to stay in the area but this is not one of them!
