The hotel would have been awesome except for several problems. It was not clean enough and it was smelly (moldy smell). Obnoxious people were taking over the pool and were not dealt with (staff should check on the pool).

This hotel made me feel excited: It was like being in our own little home on the ocean.

The first room was terribly moldy. A second room had electrical problems. Resolution of problems took too long.

It was a fun and comfortable place, but there were crumbs/food under the furniture. Unruly people everyday at pool made it hard to enjoy and relax at the poolside.

The rooms were awful. The mattress was moldy and one bed was broken, so they moved us to a new room. There was an electrical short, one bathtub faucet didn't work, the bed was broken and had pornography under it! The room was not cleaned in the two days of our stay!

It was absolutely the worst stay that my family has ever experienced staying in the Orlando area. We have been to Orlando 9 different times and this was by far the worst experience.
