54 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
(Palm Springs Travelodge) My wife and I spent the 4th of July weekend here, only because our timeshare was booked up. Negative: Carpets were dirty, furniture worn, very low end amenities. Lots of kids in the pool and jacuzzi. Ray, the manager was an idiot, unprofessional and should be retrained in customer service. You get what you pay for, it was $57 per night. Positive: Cheap, continental breakfast and close to downtown Palm Springs. Young woman at front counter was very polite. The City is excellent and I would like to retire in Palm Springs.

Horrible
The room was clean. The spa was green. The spa had over 15 people in it the day we got there. 11 were max. We asked them to clean it. Go back to question 12. They need to clean the spa. Otherwise it was ok.
