Horrible
We reserved a king room to arrive and find out that they were oversold. They finally came up with a handicapped room with a phone that does not work. Not impressive. The restaurant is closed and the rooms are in a state of disrepair. They...
We were part of a large group who stayed at the resort.
We were treated by a professional staff. Our rooms were older but nice. New Ice machines were recently added. Pool was wonderful and the Cabana bar was a nice touch.

This hotel is a great place to stay. I loved everything about the property. The 'resort fee' from the city of Palm Springs was a surprise, but it was still a good bargain.
