First off, I was excited to have a room with a balcony, but when I arrived, I found that it overlooked the wall of an adjacent building and walkway - no view, no privacy, just noise. The room was ok and the wireless Internet worked (!).

First you don't get breakfast if you don't complain and say that it was supposed to be included in the rate showed on their own web site. Then they through to your face a coupon for a continental breakfast somewhere downtown without explaining were it is or apologizing ... very strange !!! (the breakfast is a pity, if one considers the rate of the hotel rooms).
The second point is the very very noisy rooms, where you hear everything from your neighbours..
And last but not least are these 8$ fees, for each room for ... not always needed ?? : paper, computer in the main lobby (only one, you have to make the queue)...
