We finally left.We stayed there. It was hard to tell if the staff was trying to be rude or maybe the attitude came with their upbringing. Most of the employee's must be relatives of the owners, otherwise why would they be kept...
43 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The pool is awesome and the accommodations are very nice. I liked the opening doors to the balconies and the kitchenettes made it great to prepare lunches and occasional meals. The kids loved the slides into the pool and there was always something to do. The gym was okay too and the basketball court was really nice. We got very good service there too. Food at the pool restaurant wasn't cheap, but they had a great variety. The pool bar was really good but they never got the Patron Tequila that I asked for on the first day and they said was coming. We were there for seven days.
I was surprised at the number of things to see in Palm Springs as it was my first time there and am feeling anxious to return to see more.
I am very likely
to return to the Palm Canyon Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
