We live very nicely in NY, in a home that is worth approximately a million dollars. I say that because I'd like the same standard of living when I travel. We visit West Palm Beach several times a year to visit my husband's mother.
The location is incredible, right on the beach. It is a short drive to five-star restaurants.
It's immaculate, the staff is courteous, every day on the bulletin board are different activities and movies. A new restaurant is opening, may be open now. It's a waterfront restaurant which is very famous and upscale and they're locating to the Palm Beach Shores property because the hurricane caused it much damage. I'm not surprised, it is and has been one of the top restaurants in West Palm.
Believe me, after owning a Caribbean resort, once designated a Resort of International Distinction by RCI, The Palm Beach Shores resort is in a class by itself, and we've traveled, even to what Good Housekeeping calls The Best Family Resort "Smugglers Notch in Vermont".
As far as the beach chairs being expensive, keep in mind the pool chairs are free. The beach chairs have a charge to keep the riff-raff off the pristine beach where you are. Palm Beach IS Palm Beach because it's exclusive.
It blows away all the others, and I swear this on the Bible.
