The rooms are fair but clean. The location is ideal, as it is across the street from the beach, pier, and one block from Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica Place Shopping Mall, restaurants, etc. Free wireless internet is an added value. Helpful staff was there 24 hours a day. Parking is only $7 per night, which is the cheapest in Santa Monica. Overall I was satisfied.

We stayed at this motel for two nights. Room was 200 + USD per night. The only thing that can partly justify this ridiculous price is the location close to the beach. The motel itself was absolutely awful. Rude management. No aircon. Completely rundown interiors. Windows and doors that give absolutely no security. Arrests during the night in the motel yard. Yelling. Heavy nearby traffic. And worst of all: the hotel is a bed bug haven! No doubt the worst accomodation I have ever had.

This hotel is the worst that there could be No Ac are any type of air so how are you suppose to stay cool in the summer time after coming back for the sun, than to top it off they are real quick to rent the room w/o telling you this the restroom...

WOW! Never again. Grabbed this at spur of the moment without looking at pictures or reviews. Reminded me of the Norman Bates motel ! The guy at the front desk was rude. The room had a a very old smell to it. The shower was too ugly and scary...

Front desk was awfull, when I checked in, they wanted my credit card to charge me for the room, I had to argue for 15 minutes before the clerk figured out that my room was paid for. If it wasn't I would have left in a hartbeat.
