Pacific Inn Hotel and Suites San Diego

It's a good place to stay to be close to cruise terminal's. Got there around 10:30AM they kept our luggage till room was ready. Had free bottled water in room, only free thing all trip. Shari at the front desk was very helpful finding places to eat and other directions. Lots of maps of San Diego in lobby. Small fee to park car there during curise. Good breakfast, cereal, waffles, juice and coffee. $115 total, didn't have to leave car. Good tip on going to the ship at 11AM. I would stay there again.

This is in a great location, the price wasn't bad, the rooms were clean and everyone was very friendly. Shari was more then willing to help with everything. For not having a restaurant it had the best hot waffles around.

It is a very nice hotel. The only thing I really wanted was a bar so we could have cocktails out by the pool but they had no such thing. Other than that, I had no complaints really. It was the only hotel on the beach with a pool in that area. We will cons

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were very happy with everything, the surroundings, the city. It was perfect.

Sorry to say, this hotel was a disappointment, we were given the very last room down a short dark hallway, I felt slightly trapped. There was a lot of noise from the airport, the trolley and who knows what else. Most of all, I got a very poor nights sleep with uncomfortable lumpy mattress. Room was dark no matter how many lights we put on. I'm looking for a better place next year. Parking was a problem if you didn't get there early.

The rooms were very nice. The location was convenient for doing things in San Diego.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They always did turn down service with chocolate on my pillow. They took care of reservations for free.
