Good
We found the hotel to have a great location, a friendly staff and thought it was an excellent value. The breakfast exceeded any "included" breakfast I've ever had with a hotel stay. The eggs were made to order. The dining room was efficiently run...

I travel to Portland to visit my mother several times a year. This was my first time staying at Oxford Suites. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. They definitely went above and beyond when my husband and I were looking for a nice...

Mediocre
Unlike the hotel web page, the rooms were dark, carpets dirty and sofa so soiled we couldn't sit on it. Fan didn't work in bathroom so room became hot and humid. Reception was "too busy" to call a cab and even told us to call ourselves. Food was not ...
64 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I like to stay because of the evening reception and the excellent breakfast bar. I was able to sleep better than usual due to the comfortable bed. This company is normally out of my price range but I pay the extra cost because of the above reasons and the above average quality and service.
The employees treat you with respect and with a caring attitude. They are very service oriented.
I am very likely
to return to the Oxford Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent
We just spent our long-weekend family reunion at this hotel(over 50 people, ranging in age from perhaps 12 through 94), and we were so delighted that we voted unanimously to return next year (although the hotel doesn't know it yet). ...
41 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The staff was extremely nice and made staying there comfortable. The hotel was clean. The swimming pool was on the small side. The evening reception, two drinks and horderves was a great plus. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The staff gave all their attention to you immediately as soon as they saw you. They were always available to answer your questions or help in any way. All of the staff greeted you and simply said hello instead of just walking by. Some even started a conversation and asked how everything was going or how your day was. They were very friendly.
I am very likely
to return to the Oxford Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
This is where I used to stay when I was a conductor for the BNSF Railroad. It was one of the best hotels the railroad ever contracted with. The service was always really good, and the location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and spacious....
