My daughter and I are usually content to stay in budget motels because we hardly use the rooms except to sleep. But this was just awful. The place is almost deserted and under extensive renovations -- carpets rolled up and drywall piles everywhere,...
We weren't expecting a five-star hotel but this was ridiculous.. the pictures on-line were clearly taken a good twenty years ago...we could see some construction going on but once we got to our room and the reality set in, we were afraid to ask...

The room was not as described/promised when I made th reservation. Staff seemed unconcerned about it as well. The room wasn't real bad, comparable with motel 6 or such. It seemed clean, and was quiet. Just misrepresented.
