Right on the beach - it was great to wake up and sit on the patio in the supplied chairs and drink your morning coffee. Housekeeping was excellent and room was large and comfortable. Within walking distance to an outlet mall, several good restaurants and a small grocery store. Perfect for beach lovers, this was not so upscale that you worried about getting sand in the room.

Part of the building we stayed in was condemned. We were not made aware of this beforehand. When we complained, the manager responded that in the future we should always check with the hotel directly, prior to booking. The bathroom had no bathtub, only a very narrow shower stall. The beds slid around on the box spring with little movement or effort on our part. The parking lot flooded. We booked a non-smoking and were put in a smoking (this was corrected). Down the street is a Comfort Inn at a comparable price. I advise others to stay there instead.
