We didn't receive our lei greetings which were a disappointment and the front desk people were either really good or really bad with their service. Some seemed to care and others didn't. We did like the 'big kahuna' package which provided extra coupon spe
This hotel made me feel entertained: Duke's bar in the hotel was excellent and being on the beach we had a place to walk and watch the ocean.
