Room smelled like Aqua-Net upon check in, smelled the same every time we returned to the room after being gone for the day.

Hotel decided to dig up flower beds for the first time in over a decade outside our room, I can only wonder what spores were settling in room.

Sheets were so threadbare and faded I think they bought them second-hand or at Goodwill.

I am a former resident of Hawaii and am moving back in Spring '08, will make it a point to steer anyone from this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger hotel and we considered it a great value for the money.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I loved the nice beach and the good view of the ocean.

The location was great. It was very close to tourist shops. What I did not like was that the hotel did not have a restaurant or a bar, so when I got to the hotel early, there was nothing to do besides going to the pool.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff was very professional and also very relaxed. They made me feel like they know me for a long time and they would go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. However, the rooms and carpets must be renovated. We heard these were planned for renovation in 2006. We recommend the hotel to seniors. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and very enjoyable. It's a good value.

The service was above and beyond wonderful, but the resort was falling apart. We stayed in a condo and there wasn't a remote control, the curtains did not shut properly, the cupboard door fell off, and the bathroom tissue holder fell off. But when we called for service, they were there quickly and took care of everything. We have no complaints about service at all, the resort just needs work and repairs need to be done.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They gave wonderful information about shopping, directions, tours, etc. We needed a late check out time and they worked with us and got us a hospitality room on our final day because we did not fly out until 8 PM. All employees we dealt with were above and beyond helpful, nice, and courteous.
