Outrigger Regency on Beachwalk

Theres one waher/dryer on the 2nd floor, one on the 7th floor. We were tvling w/another family and they had the same expierence. Each time we went to use the dryer, there were hotel whites in the dryer. Often one of the dryers was out of order. We had to hang our wet laundry over the balacony. When I called to ask if there were other dryers, I was told no and the hotel was using one of them! The sofa sleeper, again both familes agreed they are extremely uncomfortable. The bar was protruding into your back. We ended up putting the couch cushions on top and we were slipping through the cracks of the cushions but it was better than the bar. There's a charge for extra blankets and a dollar for each phone call. Airconditiong doesn't reach side room very well, making the folks on the couch very cold. All that aside, condo was extremely clean, maid service excellent, hotel staff was extremely helpful and always pleasant, I give a 10.

The Regency on Beach Walk has been completely gutted and will reopen in February 2007 as an Outrigger Hotel. One and two-bedroom deluxe condominiums offer ocean, city and mountain views. This hotel is in a great location. It was a safe and comfortable stay.
