We stayed at the Reef on Waikiki. Even though the hotel is old they were in the process of a make-over. It's well-situated for the tourist and the service was very good.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Once we were checked in, the staff was very courteous and began to address us by name. They were helpful in arranging various excursions for us.
