We stayed in a one bedroom condo at the Palms in Wailea. It was huge. The Lanai was beautiful. We had a garden view, but could see the ocean from our balcony. It had all the amenities of home. Only one thing I was uncomfortable with....The only air conditioner was in the bedroom. During our trip we were able to open up the windows and sliders, so it was not that bad, but if had gotten really hot, I would have not been comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay. The room was more than accommodating and the staff was wonderful. They even recommended local places to eat. This is our second time staying at an Outrigger resort, and we will definitely stay again!

We loved the size of the one bedroom-condo and the fantastic location of it. The front desk was well staffed and very courteous. The only suggestion for improvement is to upgrade the kitchen to newer model appliances; Other than that, we will definitely recommend the place to our friends and families.

The grounds and pool were very nice but we had a couple of mice in our condo. We had some trouble with reservations but the concierge was extremely helpful with activities and suggestions.
