When you pay half what the Hyatt and Westin charges, you don't get the Hyatt or the Westin. You do get great value. I never understood the reviewers who go to, lets say, Paris and complain that the Hotel only has one english speaking channel. This...

I loved the setting, the wi-fi internet connection and the gorgeous patio that the room had.
I loved the beautiful birds and flowers. I just wanted to stare at them all day. Even better was the beach where the snorkeling was excellent with sea turtles.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Outrigger Maui Eldorado.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The first room we were given was disgusting. The second room was better, but very old and outdated. The carpet was filthy and our feet were black within a few minutes of showering. Overall room cleanliness could be improved. The staff is not...
61 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Four of us stayed in a ground level condo, which had ocean view with two bedrooms, for two weeks, in September of 2006. The view of the ocean was spectacular!
The El Dorado has very clean modern furnishings, with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. We really appreciated the air conditioning. Each bedroom has two twin beds, and each has its own bathroom and dressing room. The walk to the beach is very short; is un-crowded, and has an on the beach cabana. The swimming pools are very clean, and warm, and have gas grills for barbequing.
The staff is outstanding, and provides great customer satisfaction. The cost was very reasonable, its an exceptional value for the price; and we will return again.
I would suggest making the reservations far in advance, and spend the extra money for the Ocean View rooms.
