22 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel had a great location and it was extremely hospitable. If I was ever lucky enough to visit the Big Island again, I would not hesitate to stay at this Outrigger hotel. I loved it!
This hotel made me feel important: The staff made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. They were great!

We loved the hotel, but I do not understand why we had to pay for parking there. The location was great for what we wanted to do.
