Good
The hotel was recommended by a friend and I was not familiar with it and not sure about staying off the strip. I could have stayed at the hotel the entire week and not missed going to the strip. Plenty to do and places to eat. Free shuttle to the...
Very comfortable hotel but spa experience was very poor. Had a swedish massage and facial. The girl who gave the massage was a chatterbox and hurt me after I told her not to do a certain area of my back where I had surgery. I also had had to ask...

Excellent
This is the fourth time I've stayed at The Orleans and it just seems to get better each time. Everything was spot on and the only critique I can give is that the rooms need bottle openers in them. Other than that, and lack of parking spaces when...
This was my first time @ the Orleans and I really enjoyed it. I found the place incredibly clean, and didn't have a smoke smell like most casinos. We really enjoyed happy hour @ Don Miguel's and they have tons of penny slots! The room was ...

Excellent
I had a great time at the Orleans Hotel. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was spacious and I like the fact that the bathroom is in the back of the room and not right at the front door. The window in the bathroom actually opens, so you don't...

Okay
I've stayed at this hotel for 5 years now. This trip I would have to say was not up to the caliber that I am used to. Although most of the staff was very kind, some have become apathetic. We play at a few different hotels as well as The Orleans. I...
This was our first time staying off the strip. The prices were great and the staff was very friendly. It wasn't quite as clean as some of the other places we have stayed but still much better than others.
