Horrible
Checked in on Friday night at 8pm...took about 10 minutes total time from waiting in line to receiving my keys. I have stayed here a couple of times before so i knew i was getting a fairly large room 450sq ft. or something like it ... the rooms...
THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND COUTEOUS, THE FOOD WAS GOOD, THE ROOM WAS LIKE THE ROYALITY, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS, I HAVE STAYED IN HOTELS BUT THE ORLEANS IS THE PLACE TO STAY WILL RETURN, THANK ORLEANS FOR EVERYTHING.
