My wife and I had a fantastic week at the Orleans. We normally stay at the Luxor or Treasure Island, but decided to stay off the strip this time. The employee's were extremely friendly and the room was suite size compared to those we stayed in at the Luxor and TI for half of the price. The shuttle was helpful, but a rental car would definitely be of value to avoid the wait (about 30 mins between trips). We would defintiely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bowling Alley is great! No musty room smell. Very clean. Sink was clogged, but staff responded quickly and it was cleared. Gym and pool only open until 9:00pm.

The hotel was easily accessible to the strip and quiet. The rooms were spacious and very clean and modern. I rented 5 rooms for the evening and most of the people had never stayed there before and were very happy with the experience and talking about future stays.
My Wife and I have stayed at the Orleans probably 8 or 10 times the last few years and we have never had any bad experiences. The rooms ar large and clean, the elevators or fast and effiecent. The Pool and spa are nice break from the gaming, has ver

Mediocre
I ran into a problem with a credit card here and found staff to be unhelpful and rude overall. The clerk who was checking me in and the manager who was also at the front desk did not know the hotel's policy regarding credit card authorization...

Horrible
Will never stay here again. I never heard of a open closet in the bathroom. Stayed for one night and couldn't wait to leave. The resort fee is just a way for the hotel to make money off services you will not use.
