They had a very organized staff. They handled problems in a very efficient manner. The visitor's desk tended to send you to high-end restaurants. They had multi-lingual employees on staff, if the need arose.
They ensured that I knew about the nightly fireworks at Universal Studios, so we could watch for our room window. The room service handled all complaints or problems in a fast and efficient manner. The front desk staff was very friendly and handled all requests to leave messages for friends and associates, no matter the time in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
