Orlando Metropolitan Resort Hotel

I loved it. It was an awesome atmosphere, with beautiful surroundings.

The hotel had a nice pool, but poor and slow customer service. There was too much noise made by the maids in the hallway.

They never answered the phones, when we called for service, although at check in they were very friendly. We asked for a suite and we got to connected rooms, which was a huge waste of money. I was expecting a real suite. The toilet overflowed. It was the second time that this had happened at a Radisson hotel.

The Barcelo hotel in Orlando is located near most attractions. A shuttle is available and many are within walking distance. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoy our stay every time we stay there.

This hotel made me feel respected: The employees were kind and courteous at all times. We were asked if we needed assistance or directions for attractions. When requesting suggestions for places to go off the beaten path, we were given suggestions and spoken to kindly and respectfully.

I got a nice room. The location was easy to access.
