The staff was lovely and helpful but it was kind of like having a maitre d' at a McDonalds. The lobby was too nice for the quality of the rooms. The non-smoking room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that we had to change rooms. It was noisy and ...
When I stayed at the orchid suites I was blown away right from the start. Check in was a nightmare and there was no management availble when asked. For the money spent the stay was not worth it, I would not recommend anyone to stay with this hotel branch, Poor training and obvisily no management!

I love this hotel. It's great for groups. Fun evening reception. Deck is great for hanging out in nice weather. Every one is really friendly and helpful. Pool and Jacuzzi are nice. Breakfast is hot and filling.

Horrible
No soap or shampoo in room and only four flat pillows for 2 beds and pullout. Would not recommend this hotel until rooms are updated (ie. VHS player in sitting room w/12 in. TV & no remote).

Not sure why everyone else isn't happy with this hotel. It was clean, staff was very accommodating at the front desk, lounge and breakfast area. For the low rate we received, you just can't beat the breakfast, free drinks and free shuttle.

I guess I had greater expectations of this hotel based on the pictures provided. The room was decent, but I thought it would be nicer for $100/night. The breakfast was nice, and the evening beer/wine was ok. I wish I had picked the Hilton down the road like my friends did.

to return to the Orchid Suites Roseville.

Horrible
There workers started at 7:00 A.M. and it was very noisy. The staff was not very understanding. The heater didn't work and there was no refund. The room was not very good. Cracked tile and whilrlpool that works intermitently. No refunds allowed....
