The Orange Tree Inn is a nice hotel. Very clean and decorated nicely. They have a wonderful restaurant in the hotel that has a wonderful menu. The fish dishes are awesome. Very tasty and nicely presented.
Basic, clean and some staff members are very pleasant. Most of the other reviews are not like what we experienced the 8 or 9 times we've stayed here over the past year. we stay a night to go hang at the beach and enjoy State St. in the pm, so this...

Large room, direct access to enclosed pool area.Slight odor of bleach or damp towels. Good value for Santa Barbara. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and functional.
We didn't know places like this existed. This place has people living there full time and partying at all hours of the night. Someone tried to jump through our bathroom window, climbed on the roof above us and had a fist fight with their roomate...
